Delivery

Returns and Refunds

We take great care in the preparation and delivery of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit. We do not generally offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, particularly on food items and hampers.

Gift Vouchers

Pilu gift vouchers may be purchased online or in-person. Vouchers are:

  • Valid for use at Pilu at Freshwater and are subject to blackout dates.
  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Subject to an expiry date as stated on the voucher or confirmation email.
