Sardinian Culurgiones Demonstration & Dinner Evening – 12th July

We are excited to continue our winter pasta experiences!

On July 12th at 6pm join our Senior chefs to experience the beauty of making the traditional Sardinian pasta, culurgiones.

This filled pasta has been a staple of Pilu at Freshwater’s menu for many years and highlights the unique and vibrant style of Sardinian pasta. Watch our chefs illustrate the technique required to make this particular pasta shape. While the chefs demonstrate their expertise with a live presentation in the intimate environment of the Pilu Pavilion, you can get up close to learn and ask questions. See the mix of flours and how to knead and shape dough into this exquisite pasta.

Following the demonstration, you’ll be treated to a delightful dinner featuring the freshly made pasta. This is a wonderful opportunity to savour this delicious pasta and learn some valuable tips and techniques for when you attempt the feat at home.

We invite you to relax and engage in a night filled with exceptional food and great company. Whether you’re an experienced cook or simply a food enthusiast, this event at Pilu at Freshwater is perfect for anyone interested in the art of pasta making while enjoying a memorable meal.

Dinner includes bread, pasta and dessert for $80 per person

Drinks are charged on consumption on the night.
