Great friends and rivals, Giovanni Pilu and Alessandro Pavoni, are back to host the incredible Northern Beaches Rivalry Dinners series 2025. The Land vs. Sea dinner is the first of the 2025 series, crafting dishes purely focused on ingredients either from land or from sea. Flavour profiles are derived from local ingredients and celebrates the diversity of produce from two vastly different ecosystems.
4 course menu, food only, $150 per person. Matching wines $85 per person.
