Giovanni and the kitchen team take great care in sourcing the best of local, seasonal ingredients and when required, the highest quality products from Italy. The menu is typically Sardinian, re-interpreted using modern techniques whilst remaining true to tradition and regionality. Our team is highly accommodating when it comes to dietary requirements, as long as we know in advance.

Choose from our two signature menus. The 8 course Menu Sardo is a true representation of the food of Sardinia whilst the 5 Course Sapori di Pilu is a collection of Pilu seasonal favourites.

The sommeliers at Pilu at Freshwater constantly refine the restaurant’s wine list to ensure that guests can be taken on an ‘adventure’. The list celebrates the wonderful diversity and quality that both Italian and Australian wines have to offer.
